TASTING NOTE
Classic, powerful bouquet of Marlborough SB with a crushed stone and ripe citrus fruits bouquet, some tropical fruit with mango and dried pineapple, there’s a distinctive tomato leaf quality adding breadth and power. Delicious on the palate with a satin touch, contrasting acid line then flavours of pineapple and red apple, citrus and some cape gooseberry then fresh herbs. Great drinking from 2023 through 2026+.
WINEMAKING
The grapes were machine harvested and field destemmed before being gently pressed to stainless steel holding tanks for fermentation at cool temperatures with selected yeast strains with the aim to preserve the aromatic and fruit flavours from the vineyard.
FOOD MATCHING
Fish and seafood are a great choice to match. Delicate flavours of these dishes will complement the bright varietal characters of this wine.

Immediately had a beautiful crisp smell of white flowers and tropical fruit. And it tasted even better! (I love when that happens!) This is a perfectly balanced, crisp, nice wine that is not too acidy and not too minerally like others I've tried. This is a perfect go-to for hot days or to compliment seafood.
Fantastic wines!! I'm not a Rose' fan, but my wife is, and she loves it.
I did try it though,and it is very nice. I love the Chardonnay, too,
But the Sav Blanc is just delicious.
By far my favourite.
