Delivering a quality product in perfect shape is my main goal, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me so I can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Rates and expected delivery times 

Shipping is available for all of New Zealand.
Two delivery options are available:
STANDARD: Delivery within 1-3 days (Monday-Friday) $9.00
RURAL: Delivery within 2-4 days (Monday-Friday) $5.00 additional
Free delivery with orders of 12 bottles or more.

All prices are in $NZ and include GST.

Currently international shipping is not on offer but I can ship internationally through my warehousing partner. Please contact me directly and I can arrange this. 

 

Terms and conditions

By using this site you agree that you are 18 years or over. It is illegal to make false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. No deliveries are made to P.O Box addresses. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery to unattended addresses. 

 

Signature upon delivery

Only persons over the age of 18 are able to sign and receive orders from us. This is in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

If you’re lucky enough to look under the age of 25 the courier will ask to see valid ID. If the receiver is under the age of 18 or does not have valid ID the parcel will be returned to the depot for further instruction.

 

Wine insurance

All goods are insured up until the point of delivery. All deliveries in NZ are by courier and direct to your door.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address, please email eva@epwines.nz within half an hour of placing your order with the order number and new preferred delivery address. 

 

Returns

If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty, we will replace it upon your request. Any breakages or shortages must be reported to eva@epwines.nz within 24 hours of wine being delivered.
