TASTING NOTE
Excellent bouquet, complex and expressive, varietal with aromas of citrus and quince then tropical fruits and lemon. The bouquet also shows a floral and mineral complexity, soft herbaceous layer and mineral. Dry on the palate with a complex and texture, varietal fruit flavours and tension from acidity and super fine fruit tannins. A lovely example, balanced and well made, will age well too. Mid-pale lime in appearance, this lively, fresh wine has a generous bouquet of asparagus and green melon, with lots of ripe green fruit on the palate. Jonathan Pedley MW
WINEMAKING
The grapes were machine-harvested and destemmed in the field,
then gently pressed into stainless steel tanks. Fermentation took
place at cool temperatures using selected yeast strains to preserve
the vineyard's natural aromatics and fresh fruit flavours.
Around 25% of the blend was fermented and aged in seasoned
French oak, with a portion undergoing wild fermentation to add
texture and complexity

Fish and seafood are a great choice to match. Delicate flavours of these dishes will complement the bright varietal characters of this wine.

The 2024 Pinot Rose stands proud upholding the winemakers name and my mother’s in that it has integrity, style and poise. It’s a honest well made wine that can go either way - as a food wine or as a stand alone drink. 2024 Pinot Noir Rosé (6-Pack)
A beautifully balanced Chardonnay, not to buttery and slightly aromatic . I enjoyed with both a Thai beef curry and a more spicy Chicken curry. Fabulous taste sensations with the Chardonnay complementing the spice.
