TASTING NOTE
Bright, varietal, smooth textured aromas of peach and apple, grapefruit and light vanilla barrel spice quality. Equally bright and fruity on the palate with flavours that mirror the bouquet, a fine barrel texture with a cashew nut quality, plenty of acidity and fine wood tannins. A light lees quality layers in extra mouthfeel highlighting the peach and vanilla qualities.
WINEMAKING
The grapes were hand harvested and gently whole bunch pressed to French oak barrels for fermentation with selected yeast strains with aim to preserve the aromatic and fruit flavours from the vineyard. Wine was barrel aged for 10 months on lees to build mouthfeel and texture.
FOOD MATCHING
Pairs well with diversity of foods. Smoked fish and seafood are a great choice to match together with different poultry and pork dishes.

Immediately had a beautiful crisp smell of white flowers and tropical fruit. And it tasted even better! (I love when that happens!) This is a perfectly balanced, crisp, nice wine that is not too acidy and not too minerally like others I've tried. This is a perfect go-to for hot days or to compliment seafood.
Fantastic wines!! I'm not a Rose' fan, but my wife is, and she loves it.
I did try it though,and it is very nice. I love the Chardonnay, too,
But the Sav Blanc is just delicious.
By far my favourite.
